The site must look like a useful language product, not a dictionary dump with ad slots taped to it. Google does not owe thin pages a business model.

Before applying

Publish substantial pinyin lessons, character pages, phrases, dialogues, and chengyu.
Submit `sitemap-index.xml` in Google Search Console.
Keep About, Contact, Privacy, Disclaimer, robots.txt, RSS, and ads.txt reachable.
Review thin pages and add examples or noindex them before applying.

Ad safety rules

Never place ads next to play, quiz, favorite, translate, or reveal buttons.
Keep reading controls, audio controls, and practice buttons visually separated from ad slots.
Do not buy traffic, run paid-to-click campaigns, or ask learners to click ads.
Only enable AdSense after the site has substantial original learning content and Search Console indexing.
